^{Optional Day Open activities}   Many guys like to come early to visit with there best buddies. Gives us a chance to get settled and some time to get to see friends

^{9 am              Breakfast in hotel Resturant (on your own)}

^{1:15 pm      Hospitably room/ Bar opens (BYO-not kidding about this)}

^{8:00         After dinner a group will be going to Beal Street to listen to music and party}

^{Thursday, Sept 25th
8:30     Breakfast in hotel Coffee shop or groups going out}

                ^{Meet in Hospitality room for groups going out. ( if you have a car share a ride)} 

^{9:30  am - Registration Meet and Greet FREE we don't charge for the Reunion but please PRE REGISTER}

^{Vance and staff open for Registration Hrs. (10-12), (2-6), (8-9)
Claypool with products Hrs (10-12), (4-6), (8-9)
Monk will have bar open ALL DAY and NIGHT
Platinum & Diamond members will pick Tables for Dinner see Vance}
 

^{Open time:     Trips to Beale Street Historic District, Graceland, Cotton Row, Jack Daniel’s Distillery, Memphis                             Botanic Gardens, Memphis Pink Palace Museum, Memphis Zoo, National Civil Rights Museum,                                 WC Handy Park, BB. King’s Blues Club, Memphis Redbirds, Sam’s Town 250 at Memphis                                             Motorsports Park, Liberty Bowl or wherever}

^{6:00 pm  - Pizza Dinner FREE paid for by some of the guys from 1966-1966 ( the old farts)}

^{7:00 pm      Welcome Ceremonies Official Opening of the Reunion}

^{12:15  pm Dinner tickets sales close.. LAST CHANCE for DINNER Tickets}
 

^{12:30 pm  Assemble in hotel lobby to board buses}

1:00  Travel by bus to the Moving Wall in Marked Tree AR (38miles)

          BUS MUST LEAVE HOTEL AT 1PM SHARP TO PICK UP SCHOOL KIDS, IF YOUR LATE YOU GET LEFT

Ceremonies at the Traveling wall. This is a DO NOT MISS Trip as the town of Marked Tree has gone all out for us. 

Bus Transportation FREE Provided by the town of Marked Tree AK.

1:00 Buss will pick us up at the Hotel

2: 00 Arrival in town of Marked Tree for Celebration

4:00 Free time to vist the wall. 

5:00-6:30 Dinner provided by City of Marked TREE 

7:00 Arrive at the wall for Candle light Vigil

^{9: 00 am     Meet and Greet Hospitality room}

9 :00 am      Pick table seating for dinner. No need to line up for this. If you have a full table of ten submit the                                 names on the table seating form. See TREE for the Form. Full tables picked first. If we have more                             people then tables we draw straws. We will draw from a hat as to what table it will be.
