Russell “Russ” Griffith, chairman of the board, president, and chief executive officer of Datatel, Inc., peacefully died in his sleep August 7 while attending an industry conference in Chicago.Mr. Griffith was 59 years old and is survived by his wife, Nancy, their two adult children: Casey Griffith and Ginny White, two grandchildren: Hannah and Haley White, mother, Betty Mosley, and two sisters: Amy Sigmon and Kelli Howell.

Deceased: --We regret to announce the passing of Brian Phipps, 3rd Platoon Leader from mid-fall 1969 into 1970. After his tour in Vietnam, Brian joined the Connecticut National Guard, where he rose to the rank of Brigadier General and commanded the 43rd Infantry Brigade. Brian died on Friday, November 3, from lung cancer.-------74 Colony Street

I gave his Military ID# and was given that information. Chester Say.  William served with the second platoon in 1965.
